RF vs Regular Microneedling
Unquestionably, the RF delivers better cosmetic results. But for our patients not needing as dramatic of an outcome and seeking a more natural alternative, regular Medical Microneedling works well, too. That version does not use any radiofrequency energy in the skin and relies strictly on mechanical needle trauma in combination with your own blood products.
What all can RF Microneedling treat?
RF Microneedling can be used on many areas of the body to reduce wrinkles, tighten the skin and improve your overall appearance, including most popularly the face and neck. Other areas that can be rejuvenated include the arms, knees, abdomen and even the labia majora/vulva (but not an internal vaginal rejuvenation.) In addition to a more youthful appearance and feel, RF Microneedling can treat scars, stretch marks, large skin pores, and excessive sweating of the underarms known as axillary hyperhidrosis.
Cost of RF Microneedling
We offer free consultations so call us to schedule and meet with Dr. Miles to see if you are a candidate. Around the country, the cost of each RF Microneedling treatment averages around $1200-1500 and up per treatment through various doctor offices. But here at MFM Laser Center we are able to keep our overhead low and pass on the savings to you
and offer a bargain treatment. The exact cost will depend on what area you are treating and the time involved in the process. The typical patient should have 3 sessions separated by a month each to reach optimal aesthetic results. You can save even more by purchasing a 3-treatment Package.
