What is Radiofrequency Microneedling?
Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling systems are state of the art, high-tech instruments that use small amounts of radiofrequency energy in the skin to rejuvenate it, achieving improved cosmetic appearance and feel of skin. Tiny needles go into the skin and a pulse of RF energy is delivered between the needles using a sophisticated computer platform, called the Genius. With limited discomfort this energy stimulates contraction of the tissue and extensive natural collagen and elastin production aiding in the more youthful and healthy appearance of your skin.

RF vs Regular Microneedling
Unquestionably, the RF delivers better cosmetic results. But for our patients not needing as dramatic of an outcome and seeking a more natural alternative, regular Medical Microneedling works well, too. That version does not use any radiofrequency energy in the skin and relies strictly on mechanical needle trauma in combination with your own blood products.
What all can RF Microneedling treat?
RF Microneedling can be used on many areas of the body to reduce wrinkles, tighten the skin and improve your overall appearance, including most popularly the face and neck. Other areas that can be rejuvenated include the arms, knees, abdomen and even the labia majora/vulva (but not an internal vaginal rejuvenation.)
